One of a Kind:- Exactly what it says on the tin!

The pieces in this range  are the results of my experimental, “Let’s see what happens if….”   Each piece is completely unique and can be either hand built or wheel thrown, experimenting with form, line or shape or with texture, underglaze and application - or all of the above! 

I’m not very good at planning ahead or interested in making the same thing over and over again.  So often, ideas will develop as I’m making, led by the clay, the mistakes and the problems and solutions thrown up during the process of making.  I’m a great one for having a lightbulb moment, trying  something out  and seeing where it goes - sometimes this leads to disaster and sometimes to works of which I am truly proud.
